I’M Mickael
Let me introduce myself, my name is Mickael Courtois and I am a Fine Art wedding photographer in France, in Provence and French Riviera. Before I became a wedding photographer, I lost my passion for my old job and it didn’t bring me happiness. One day, my brother and sister-in-law asked me to cover their wedding as a wedding photographer. So that day, I witnessed the happiest day of two people’s lives. Of course, there’s no room for error. Especially, when it comes to family.
I immediately loved capturing wedding photography. It created in me that famous little spark that keeps me going. It was at that precise moment that I said to myself that I had to make a living out of it. I needed help. So, I decided to train with the best wedding photographers in the world, as well as with an online platform. Only they have the necessary skills to take me to the next level.
In 2019, I started my career as a professional wedding photographer while keeping my other job. At that moment, I decide to write my own legend. I spend a lot of time on it, and I don’t see my loved ones anymore. I have practically lost my family life, which makes things extremely difficult. I’m wondering whether I should stop or continue. I reread all your messages and opinions, and it touches me deeply. Obviously, I can’t stop everything on a whim.
So I have decided to keep going, to take the ideas I have set myself as a brand and as a company a step further. It was difficult for me to make a living from it because I wasn’t adding enough value to my service. I realized that I needed to improve my skills, my way of working and my approach. Thanks to my courage, I create strong bonds with my brides and grooms so that my brand comes to life
I make sure that each couple feels integrated throughout their big days, thanks in particular to personalized, tailored support. Thanks to this expertise, I help couples make their weddings a success by guiding them step by step through each stage of the process. So I’m a very different person today from when I started, and I can’t wait to meet you and immortalize your beautiful wedding day.
